BCS Family,

To slow the spread of COVID-19 Governor Beshear has asked all Kentucky schools to remain closed until April 20, 2020. We support the Governor’s decision to prioritize the health and wellbeing of everyone in our state.

Spring break will be observed as scheduled March 30 - April 10th.

After spring break, Bardstown City Schools will continue to implement Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) from April 13 through April 17. Additional instructional materials will be uploaded to our NTI website. You can access those materials  by visiting If access to technology to download materials is a barrier, please call your students' school.  Our goal is to resume normal instruction on April 20.

Bardstown Child Care and BEEP will also be closed until April 20th.

District administrators will continue to consult with our local and state health departments to evaluate any additional precautions we may need to take as we move toward May.

Your child’s health and well-being remains our top priority. As of now, The Healthy Kids Clinic located at Bardstown Elementary School will continue to provide services.   If you want to take advantage of the on campus service please call 502-331-8887 or you can utilize their telehealth service by calling (844) 435-0900. Our Food Services team will continue to deliver meals at the following locations and times:
